We are looking for an experienced Landscape Crew Lead to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can lead a crew, deliver high-quality work, and represent our company professionally on-site. Key Responsibilities * Manage and lead a small crew while actively performing landscaping services * Motivate, coach, and mentor team members to ensure high performance * Complete daily jobs efficiently and to company standards * Communicate with clients on-site and address questions or concerns * Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company procedures * Prepare weekly reports on completed jobs and team performance * Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new crew members Requirements * Minimum 1–2 years of landscaping experience (required) * Previous leadership or crew lead experience (preferred) * Valid driver’s license (required) * Must have reliable transportation * Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment * Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labour daily * Willingness to work occasional paid overtime Compensation * $25–$30 per hour, based on experience Why Join Us * Opportunity to grow into higher leadership roles * Consistent, full-time work * Supportive team environment * Work with a reputable and growing company * We are actively interviewing for this position — apply today and our hiring manager will follow up!
