About the Property Summer Student opportunity: Resident Ambassador: As our frontline liaison, build strong relationships and deliver excellence by addressing concerns to maintain resident satisfaction. Leasing Champion: Own the leasing process from initial inquiry to onboarding of new resident. Proactively monitor vacancies and achieve leasing targets. Operations Guru: Collect payments, inspect the property and facilitate resident moves and maintenance request. What you need to succeed: Outstanding customer relations skills Background in Sales Outgoing, people oriented personality Strong initiative / self-starter Excellent written and verbal skills Sound organizational skills with the ability to multi task Flexibility to work varying shifts within our hours of operation Contribute to team atmosphere Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite In this role, you will receive a competitive base salary starting from $37,440. This salary will be prorated based on the length of the contract. Your opportunity to build an exciting career!

Ce que vous ferez

Act as a resident ambassador to maintain satisfaction and manage the full leasing process from inquiry to onboarding. Handle operational tasks including payment collection, property inspections, and maintenance requests.

Exigences

Candidates should have a background in sales and outstanding customer relations skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the flexibility to work varying shifts are required.
