Richmond Hill, ON | On-Site $70K+ (Base + Performance Bonus) About the Role As Warehouse Manager, you are the backbone of daily operations — managing tools, fleet, and inventory to keep crews efficient and ready. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone organized and proactive. Earnings: $50K–$70K base + performance bonus Tool allowance Fuel card & company vehicle What Success Looks Like: Tools and materials organized and accessible Crews fully equipped daily Accurate inventory, no delays Fleet inspected and ready Clean, safe, efficient warehouse Key Responsibilities: Manage inventory, tools, and deliveries Order and restock equipment Track tool usage and resolve issues Dispatch crews with tools and vehicles Maintain warehouse organization Coordinate with supervisors and procurement Requirements: 3+ years in warehouse/operations Strong organization and leadership Forklift certification (asset) Valid G license (AZ/DZ a plus) Ability to lift 50+ lbs Reliable, detail-oriented
