At S.P.L.A.S.H, we’re not your typical child care centre, and this isn’t your typical summer job. As a Summer Student, you’ll be part of a team helping shape children’s daily experiences through play, care, and connection. Whether you’re supporting in the classroom or helping behind the scenes, the work you do matters. What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting educators with daily routines and activities Engaging with children through play, outdoor time, and learning experiences Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment Assisting in cleaning and daily chores (as needed) Bringing a positive and caring attitude to your day Taking part in a nature-based and child-led programming Going out for Forest School adventures & outdoor exploration Participating in urban gardening, outings at local parks, and going out for community walks
