Graphic Designer
Position Overview We're seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the execution of visual identity systems for our nonprofit client's Spring and Fall events. This role focuses on high-volume production, template-driven design, and consistent application of established creative direction across a wide range of assets. This will be a remote role, but you must be located in Ontario. Key Details Status: Freelance, part-time, seasonal Timeline: 10-15 hours/week from August-October 2026, then again from March-May 2026 Location: Fully Remote Rate: $45-50 per hour, t4 Requirements: Your own computer & creative design licenses (equipment will not be provided) Key Responsibilities Execute a high volume of event assets (signage, presentations, digital, and collateral) based on established visual identity systems Build and maintain templates and layout systems to support efficient, scalable production Ensure consistency and accuracy across all formats and deliverables (~80 assets per event) Prepare production-ready files for print and digital, adhering to technical specs and quality standards Collaborate with the Art Director and project teams to incorporate feedback and meet deadlines Qualifications 3+ years of experience in graphic design, production design, or brand execution Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel design and high-volume asset production Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint; solid understanding of print and digital production Experience working within templates, design systems, and brand guidelines Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
